Only received my order after almost 2 weeks after a 'wild goose' chase. Sent a chat to seller asking about the status of my order, was told to contact Lazada customer service instead. When I tried to call Lazada Customer Service, was left on hold for about 30 mins before an agent answered. However, Lazada customer service agent told me to contact the delivery company Ninja Van myself. As a customer, my concern is just to get my order from the seller as placed. To the customer, there are only 2 parties concerned - Lazada as a platform and the Seller whom I placed my order with. Yet, I have been told by both Lazada and seller that they are not able to help me trace my order and that I have to contact Ninja Van myself! This was a totally unpleasant buying experience.
Ordered 2 pairs and only received 1, charged for 2. Please correct the delivery.
